Quit Smoking Through Hypnosis

I myself used to smoke a pack or more a day, and was able to quit smoking through hypnosis. Here is how I used to think before I found a hypnosis download program!!

The first thing I would do after waking up is go straight out doors for a cigarette and coffee. Then it would be a smoke after breakfast, then on the way to work, then before I started work, during work, a couple on the lunch breaks, and a dozen or so if I decided to have a few beers.

For me I thought that quitting smoking would some how change my identity and make my life less exciting. Not to mention that I'd have to deal with the feeling of being depressed, irritated, edgy and everything else for the first couple weeks without cigarettes. As a smoker all I kept reading was that the physical addiction lasts anywhere from two weeks to 6 months, which with life as busy and difficult as it is, personally I just thought it seemed easier to keep smoking.

The greatest thing about being a non smoker is that you no longer get distracted or feel the need to have a smoke everytime you stressed, relaxing, talking, drinking or anything else. You simple start living a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life, and you can actually noticably feel the difference in the about of energy and stamina you have. When you quit smoking through hypnosis you can train your mind to completely forget about smoking, and get on with your life.

I hop this article helps you realise that if I can quit smoking through hypnosis you should be able to as well. I wasn't really 100% motivated, but I used to listen to the hypnosis downloads I found online, and after about two or three weeks I was automatically refusing to smoke. 15 to 20 minutes a day for about three weeks is all it really took.

When you quit smoking through hypnosis you will really open up your eyes to your true potential. So if you'd like to quit smoking through hypnosis, then take at look at the program I used at http://www.HYPNOSIS-PROGRAM-TO-QUIT-SMOKING.COM. Best of luck
